Dinner: Crispy Black Bean Tacos with Feta and Cabbage Slaw.
Here is an interesting taco recipe out of the Seattle paper today. I love tacos. Hard shell or soft. Veggie, beef, chicken and my personal favorite fish. I love talking about tacos and getting other people to try them; especially with guacamole.
In fact, I am going to see if Mrs. Nelson will indulge me this weekend with this recipe.
Note to self: Is my love for tacos, or Starbucks, or (fill in the blank) better known than my love for the Gospel?
